Sharon teaches a variety of different styles of meditation.

Meditation helps to promote peace and harmony within the system and bring about an heightened level of self awareness and personal empowerment. It can also help to raise self esteem and assist in the development of good stress management techniques.

Yoga Style Meditation and Deep Relaxation, Guided Visualisation, Mindfulness, and more.

6 week Meditation Courses offered at Head 2 Toe Health in Springwood.      Cost $60.00  

Tuesday evenings 7.00 - 8.00

Each of the 6 sessions presents a different meditation style. Participants sit on chairs, or on the floor if they prefer.
